Position Overview: CALCOG seeks a Senior Government Affairs Analyst for a two-year term in Sacramento. Ideal candidates have expertise in legislative affairs, communications, and member services, navigating political landscapes and fostering stakeholder relationships. This two-year position may transition to a permanent role if revenue targets are met.
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred), 5+ years experience in government affairs, legislative advocacy, communications or related field; strong communication skills; understanding of CA legislative process; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; self-motivated and organized.
