Community Relations Manager

The Community Relations Manager organizes 10-12 community events per year, such as the State of the City, Memorial Day Ceremony and Lakewood Beautiful home awards program. The CRM also develops new or one-time events and programs in consultation with city management and the city council. The CRM writes the scripts for these events and usually serves as the MC. The CRM also writes news articles for city publications about the events in addition to writing numerous speeches for the mayor and other city leaders.
