We are seeking an extraordinary Vice President to help lead us into this next chapter. The Vice President will inspire and develop high-performing teams, drive new business and agency growth and deliver exceptional work for clients who rely on us to foster trust through strategic communication that works. This role requires a leader who can make an immediate impact, stepping into complex client engagements and leadership decisions within the first 30-60 days. The ideal candidate brings deep pattern recognition from prior agency or consulting experience that enables confident, informed decision-making from day one.
