Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) is seeking an experienced Management Analyst II/ III to lead communications and outreach efforts for the Inland Regional Energy Network (I-REN) program. This role is ideal for a communications professional who thrives on turning complex energy programs into engaging and clear stories that resonate with public agencies, partners, and the community.
 
The Management Analyst II/ III will oversee integrated outreach campaigns across digital, print, and in-person platforms—including news releases, newsletters, web content, social media, and public events. This position serves as a key point of contact for regional stakeholders and represents WRCOG at community and governmental engagements, helping build strong, trusted partnerships.
 
In addition to leading messaging strategy, the role tracks performance metrics and analyzes engagement data to ensure outreach efforts are effective and aligned with program goals. This is an opportunity to shape how regional energy initiatives are communicated, strengthen collaboration, and drive measurable public impact.
