SacSewer is seeking a talented Chief People Officer to help shape the workforce, leadership, and culture behind our essential public utility.

As a member of our executive team, you’ll guide an organization-wide people strategy— strengthening talent, developing leaders, and preparing SacSewer for what’s next.

Earn $214,344–$260,520 annually, with a SCERS pension, and a $6,600 annual vehicle allowance. Benefits also include a 2.5% pay differential at 10 years of service and an additional 2.5% at 15 years.
